Sunday Eucharist is the source and summit of the life of the Church. Preparation for First Eucharist is situated in the ongoing Faith Formation of a child. First Eucharist is celebrated during the Easter season. Parents are the primary educators of their children. and will work with their children using the materials provided by St. Margaret Mary. It is expected that parents will bring their children to Sunday Eucharist regularly so they are at ease with the structure and usual process. Parents are required to attend a session and to work with their children through eight at home lessons.
